PCSC Students Participate in Youth Firefighter Muster

Five PCSC Fire Science students participated in the 2nd Annual Youth Firefighter Muster on Saturday, May 5. The PCSC team, comprised of Morgan Raga, Cortney Wagner, Nathan Johnson, Jonathan Brinar and Collin Williams, took 3rd place in the “Making a Hydrant” category, 5th place in the “Firefighter Combat Challenge” and and honorable mention in the Chief’s Company award. Twenty-one teams participated in the event. Great job!

Summer School Registration Nights

Students and parents interested in registering for PCSC summer school are invited to attend one of our registration evenings at local high schools. We will be at Sumner High School on Monday, May 14th; Spanaway Lake High School on Tuesday, May 15th; and Franklin Pierce High School on Thursday, May 17th. Registration nights will run from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and assist you with the application.

With the construction of the Technical Trades building this year, PCSC plans to add Building Trades and Aerospace Composite Technician programs along with an after-schoo Metal Fabrication/Machining programs at Lincoln High School.
